You may not agree with everything our President or his administration does, but spending a family vacation in Yellowstone is something we can all get behind. Shining a light on our nations greatest gift, the National Park system, is a worthy cause no matter who takes it up.
Obama visited Yellowstone with his Grandmother, mother, and sister when he was a child and has fond memories of the park. The video here is an account of the president's visit along with a bit of history on the park and the park system. Apparently Ken Burn's National Parks series inspired more than just the average American.
Obama does admit to trying to run up to a Bison as a child... not a good idea.
