What does a person have to do to get at least 10 years in jail? No clue. However I can tell you what you have to do to get 4 months in jail. Shoot someone in the frickin head.

This is ridiculous. The guy obviously has some serious psychological issues. If you'll point a gun at a man's head and pull the trigger... in front of his wife and kid... just because he was riding his bike on the road with his kid and you think that's dangerous... then you are officially a nutcase. And the judge needs to be put in jail for being an idiot. This doesn't do much for a person's faith in our system.
Just goes to show what the majority of the public thinks about cyclists. Its ok to kill them if they are slowing down traffic.
Don't forget one important thing- the guy(Charles Diaz) is a firefighter, a national hero ( I mean they all are, firefighters, cops, retards...).
