I have poor circulation to my hands and feet. If the temp is below 75 they are cold. I know, boo hoo. But this means I need to have good socks and warm gloves at hand in the winter or I'm just plain annoyed with the cold.
I'llĀ just start this review off with my favorite element of these gloves, the grip. The Knitty Gritty gloves have a great gripping system that I have thoroughly enjoyed. My last pair of high performance gloves were very thin and did a great job for intricate projects, but they would slip around on smooth objects. The Knitty Gritty Gloves don't have this issue. The small Ibex heads sprinkled all over the palm side of the glove are made of a grippy material that grabs slippery items with ease. Don't worry about the steering wheel getting away from you, or even a canoe paddle.
The other big thing that jumps out at you with these gloves is the warmth. Anyone that has experience using wool products knows that it has several advantages. Wool has come a long way too. The blends being used today aren't nearly as itchy as the wool of yesteryear.
Plus you gotta love the Ibex logo. Those animals are so majestic and tough looking. They just make me wanna go headbut something.
These gloves are a great deal at $20. The Ibex Store
