The Yoga For Cyclists 2 with Andria Davis is where value and quality meet! I was blown away by the number of workout options and the intensity of her pose combinations. I was a fan of her other DVDs (Yoga for Hikers, Climbers, and Cyclist 1) but Yoga For Cyclists 2 takes the cake:)

Yeah I did this workout DVD too. It has hours of yoga and breathing. Nice addition to the workout library. Great way to stay in riding shape in the winter too.
