Outside has released their list of the top ski resorts in America. What do YOU think?
Tied for #1 is Alta, Utah and Snowbird, Utah - I hiked in the area this summer and saw some of the bowls. It looks like they have some amazing drops, and the scenery aint to shabby either.
After Alta and Snowbird came...

Vail, Colorado
Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Snowbasin, Utah
Fernie Alpine Resort, British Columbia,
Silverton, Colorado
Aspen, Colorado
Snowmass, Colorado
Squaw Valley, California
Steamboat, Colorado
Mammoth, California
Telluride, Colorado
Solitude, Utah
Alyeska, Alaska
Taos, New Mexico

I have skied most of these resorts listed above and am very surprised that you have not included Toas in New Mexico. I found the snow to be the best powder I have ever skied and the terrain is awesome. It's number one on my list.
