We rode 78 miles today in the beautiful Mohawk Valley. We rode close to the Erie Canel in the early morning section. No rain but I had my 8 flat tire this afternoon. I had a wonderful day in the ice cream department with a afternoon selection and more after my evening meal! There is so much to see and do in this area.

I am looking forward to seeing you back in BG. Are you going to ride to Pig with the BGLOB on July 4? We will reserve a spot at the head of the table for you. I'm proud for you and your accomplishment. It sounds like you have had a wonderful time. We expect lots of stories & some pictures.
