4Wheel Bob Summits White Mountain… by Wheelchair!
August 27th, 2007 Wade
This story amazed me. White Mountain is a 14,246 ft peak in the Sierra Nevada range of California. It is supposed to be one of the “easier” 14,000+ foot mountains in the Sierras. But that wouldn’t be so if you were going to try to summit by wheelchair. Which is what 4Wheel Bob did this past week.
4Wheel Bob had a support team which included a few Outdoorzy members; Rick McCharles, and Tom Mangen. Tom posted the story on his blog, Two Heel Drive. Go check the story and photos out when you get a chance. This guy is amazing!
