The Nantahala Outdoor Center opens for the Spring season the weekend of April 13-15th this year. If you haven't visited NOC in western North Carolina, it's a must do. The AT runs through this area, there are several world class paddling rivers, lazy rivers, world class mountain biking, scenery to drool over, and some great people. I've visited the last two years during the Fall and I think I will try to make it down for the Spring Splash this year. Be on the lookout for an Outdoorzy.com booth

And, I may just take you up on that. It should be a fun weekend of music, mt biking, passing out outdoorzy stickers, hanging out with outdoorzy folks, and maybe even a few beers and some good food.
I would also be interested in tagging along. Souds like it would be lots of fun
I'll keep that weekend open. I remember talking about this when we were there last October. Should be good times had by all.
